Ankylosaurus Head
The head of an Ankylosaurus was relatively small compared to its overall body size, yet it had some distinct features that contributed to the dinosaur’s survival. It had a broad, triangular-shaped skull with a beak-like mouth at the front, which was useful for cropping low-lying vegetation.

Ankylosaurus Found In
Ankylosaurus lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 68-66 million years ago, in what is now western North America. Its fossils have been found in regions such as Montana, Wyoming, and Alberta, Canada.
